Medium = Comfortable to Ride 15 to 20 km between 10-16 km/h with 200 to 400m Ascent.
Fit = Comfortable to Ride 50 to 80 km between 14-18 km/h with 600 to 1000m Ascent.
Strong = Comfortable to Ride 60 to 140 km between 15-20 km/h with 800 to 2000m Ascent.
Elite = Comfortable to Ride 80 to 240 km between 18-24 km/h with 2000 to 4000m Ascent
